Admission ProcessThe admissions process at RCAM is as follow
1.
Fill out the Application Form Click here.
2.
Submit the $100 Non–Refundable Application Fee. Click here!
3.
The student will be scheduled to take the placement test.
Submit online payment of placement test fee.
The family and child will be scheduled for an interview with the principal.
Once the appropriate steps above are completed, you will receive a call from our Admissions Office.
4.
Gather the following documents and submit hard copies of them to our office.
a.- Original and copy of Student’s Birth Certificate.
b.- Report Cards from previous Schools.
c.- Copy of the students file from previous school.
d.- Complete Enrollment Package (per enrollment choice, online or in school) (packages are sent via email to parents).
e.- Current Florida Certification of Immunization (form DH680)
(not applicable for online applicants).
f.- Current State of Florida School Entry Health Form (form DH3040)
(not applicable for online applicants).
5.
Parent will satisfy:
a.- Enrollment Fee
b.- Network Fee
c.- First month of Tuition or submit scholarship documents.
